What kind of information do we hold?

The personal information we collect from telephone conversations, emails and written and verbal communications will be kept on our database Eclipse. Should you apply for one of our roles via a job board you details will initially be held on our software provider’s site Logic Melon. We would usually expect to keep a record of your contact details and details of any services we provide to you.

We will only allow authorised personnel who are familiar with the proper handling of data to have access to this information.

We may collect the following information:

  • Name and address
  • Contact information including email address, tel. numbers and postcode
  • Other information relevant or required to access any services you may require of us including sensitive data should you be interested in temporary work. We will need this to comply with legislation in regards to eligibility to work in the UK, working time regulations, HMRC and DWP.

What we do with the information?

We require this information to understand your requirements and improve our service as well as:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which
    we think you may find interesting.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.
  • We may contact you by email, phone, text, fax or mail.

IP Addresses

We log IP addresses for analysing visitor trends and traffic on our website. This information is not passed on to third parties.

Links to send e-mail messages to us are provided on most pages of the site for your convenience. Your e-mail address is used only to respond back to your enquiry. We do not pass on your email address to any third parties unless authorised by you.
